Tony Passalacqua

President and CEO

Tony Passalacqua comes with 27 years of experience in the transportation and orthopedic industry specializing in sales operations, supply chain optimization, operational restructuring, and strategic planning. In his most recent endeavor as the Vice President of Operations for a $125 million-dollar medical device sales organization (converted from Branch to Independent Distributor), he was solely responsible for the design and implementation of their new, stand-alone operational structure in addition to developing and directing the human resources department. Previously, Tony was the Senior Branch Operations Manager for Stryker Orthopaedics where he was instrumental in developing and consulting on numerous Field Quality Management System (FQMS) policies and procedures. During this 10-year career at Stryker, he routinely led the company in cost control and inventory management initiatives as well as consulted on various supply chain optimization projects.

Prior to Stryker, Tony worked in the transportation industry as a Senior Manager for the fourth largest FedEx ground facility. Throughout his tenure with FedEx, he was recognized for his successes in reducing operational costs and increasing profits, managing and growing existing accounts, training and producing senior managers. In addition, Tony has extensive knowledge and experience in developing and establishing processes, training mangers and individual employees, creating and maintaining a work environment which motivates employees to perform at optimal levels. As Senior Manager, he twice resurrected two of the most dysfunctional FedEx Ground facilities in the company, for which he twice won Senior Manager of the year.
